You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convertixpro LLP, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of Convertixpro, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated eective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
