Refund and Cancellation Policy

ConvertixPro, operated by Promatrix Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to providing reliable and high-performing services. As our software is optimized for seamless operations, we maintain a no-refund policy. This policy outlines terms related to refunds, cancellations, and applicable legal standards.

1. Policy Scope and Compliance

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users of ConvertixPro and complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable regulations. By using ConvertixPro, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made for our services are non-refundable

2. No Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy reflects the robust reliability of ConvertixPro.

Subscription Services

Fees for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable. This complies with Section 2 (42) of the Copumer Protection Act, 2019, which allows service providers to establish clear terms for digital services.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases, including premium tools or add-ons, are final. Refunds are not applicable due to the instant nature of digital delivery and guaranteed functionality of our software, as supported by the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000.

3. Cancellation Policy and Account Termination

Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
  • After cancellation, services remain accessible until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for early cancellations.

Account Deactivation

  • Users can deactivate their accounts, retaining access until the current billing period ends
  • Accounts can be reinstated by reactivating the subscription.

Service Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, in accordance with Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000.

4. Legal Framework Governing Refunds and Cancellations

Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000

Under Section 43A, we ensure secure practices, aligning our no-refund policy with the robust performance of ConvertixPro.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Section 2 (42) and Section 38 ensure consumers are informed of refund and cancellation terms in advance. We provide this information transparently, fulfilling our legal obligations.

Indian Contract Act, 1872

This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement. Section 10 of the Act confirms users’ acknowledgment of terms during purchase, waiving the right to refunds.

5. Exceptions and Special Conditions

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service interruptions caused directly by us
  • Billing errors

Refund requests can be submitted to support@convertixpro.com for review. Decisions will be made at our sole discretion and are final.

6. Dispute Resolution and Legal Recourse

Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian laws, and disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru, Karnataka, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be settled through arbitration, following Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
